Writing assignment 5

"The team message" and "Core team value "

As everyone knows, teamwork is really important in any organizations. In particular, in case of team sports, teamwork is essential for winning the game. This time again cosidering about my baseball club from three aspects of "Establish a Shared Identity ", "Maintain the Bonds of Communication" and "Keep Everyone Informed, Involved, and Thinking About Solutions."

"Establish a Shared Identity "

In my team, we always sharing common identity. That is "win by team" It means that we win the game with the power of every members. Baseeball is typical team sports. Even if one person in the team give up winning the game, this team undoubtedly lose. In baseball, how work effectively as team is necessary rather than only one person is good at playing. A tiny disharmony between team mate change the outlook of win and loss. Therefore, the concept of "win by team" is essentisl for winning the game and sharing identification.

"Maintain the Bonds of Communications"

Esatablishing the shared identity is first step in creating unity, next, we have to maintain and reinforce this unity. It is impossible to maintain the unity of team without communication even if we could esatablish the shared identity. And so we communicate and encourage each others durning the game. This method is very useful to maintain the unity. When I in a pitcher's mound, my team mate walked to the mound to encourage me through communication such as "You are not alone, we take side with you". This cheering calm down me and be able to focus on batter. Even if a little communication, strength the unity of team.

"Keep Everyone Informed, Involved, And Thinking About Solutions.

To win the game, each member need to understand the role and have the responsibility to their task. As a measure to solve this problem, I think, meeting is realy important. Our team, after the game, is sure to have meeting immediately. This practice is really important to confirm the role. In particular, we focus on and reconsider about difficult judgeing situaition to seek the best solution through the conversation. In the meeting, we can exchange or share the each opinion.

These three aspects is essential for managing the team effectively.
