When we got into the trouble, I think, the qualities that enabled us to solve the problem is "never give up" and clear-sighted(judging which one is better). These two qualities are very important in emergency. The first time I visited abroad was SEA program in Australia. I've never visited other country by then. Therefore, I was so confused when I got lost on the way home. Then I try to find a way to solve this problem. Firstly, I searched for the people who familiar with local. However, there was no people around there because it have got dark. And then, I changed the approach. Next, I retrned to the station to search the people. Yet again, There was no people who know how to get to my house. Then, I borrowed the telephone from station attendant to call my homestay family. After 30 minutes later, my homestay family picked me up at the station. Finally, I can reach home in safety. We can understand importance of being calm and clear-sighted from these tiny emergency. Even if we couldn't find the good solution, we must never give up searching another solution. And also, judging the situation is important to find the good solution. I think these two elements are necessary to pass through adversity. In particularly, these qualities are very important for the leader who has tken a team or organization. Whether organization working well or not is depends on theses qualities of leader.
